Shipping & Returns


If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase or the product is faulty, then it must be returned to us within 10 days of purchase for an exchange/credit note/refund.

- Clearance & sale items cannot be returned or refunded
- Change of mind is not a valid for of return
- Items to be returned within 10 days of purchase 
- Items must be in new condition 
- Items to be unused 
- Items to be in original packaging. Please take caution when opening your product if you are unsure

- A credit online or refund will be given once we have received and checked the product, then you will be contacted by the team at Tony Rees Motorcycles via email/phone to confirm your store credit or refund

- All shipping charges associated with the return of the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Tony Rees Motorcycles reserves the right to reject returns outside the 10 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in new condition/used and/or original packaging.
- If you choose to cancel/return your order & have paid with credit card or LAYBUY, there will be a 10% processing fee.

Tony Rees Motorcycles will ship your order once payment has cleared and we will let you know via email when your parcel is on it's way. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery. If an item is of stock or unavailable the we will contact you within the first 24hrs after purchase has been made. 


Once the website order of purchased goods has been accepted by the courier company, Tony Rees Motorcycles are not liable for any unreceived goods either not signed or collected by the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make a claim with the company on lost or stolen goods once the goods leave the store location. Tony Rees Motorcycles will try and assist wherever possible to try and help locate the missing goods, but not liable for replacement of the goods if lost or stolen in the delivery process.
